The Philosopher’s Stone

The philosopher compares the good will
to some precious stone
for it has its worth contained within.

However, such things have only the worth we will it.
If diamonds were the sand, then valued not they would be.
So, the worth of a will that is good can only be compared
to a thing that will not depreciate
due to commonality or to whim

The good will is this, and in this
its own category is it in.
